Sorry, no Mugsy. To be talked about here, you have to have appeared in at least 5 shorts. But that does not mean he’s not important. Back to what I was saying, Rocky is a short man who is a gangster. He appeared in 5 shorts: “Golden Yeggs,” “Catty Cornered,” “Bugs and Thugs”, Bugsy and Mugsy,” and “The Unmentionables.” 3 of those were with Bugs and his twenty gallon sidekick, Mugsy. Mugsy is what made him great. Every cartoon needs a dumb guy who drives the smart one insane. (Hmmm, maybe I SHOULD have talked about Mugsy.)
